Hi I have just be offered by a mate some stalking am I aloud to put an add on the site. So Someone can come with me. I won't be collecting the money my mate will. Can I do this without becoming a trade member or does this still apply.

This would count as advertising for a friend which isn't allowed, and as your friend is offering paid stalking then he would need to be a Trade Member. So to answer your question, I'm afraid not.
