Something a wee bit different to show, they were finished a few weeks ago and are now in use in a swanky restaurant in York, Le Cochon Aveugle.
SF100 stainless blades and Bog Oak scales, the Oak preserved in anaerobic conditions within the silt which formed the floor of the flooded fenland basin after it flooded around 7000 years ago, pretty cool gear, stinks to high heaven when you work it though.
