Agree, I don't think Svemko Customer Services exists, I've not had any reply either. Great feedback on the Nano, as Edgars were not getting any deliveries I went with DPT with the muzzle brake end, not the best dB reduction to my perception but the brake really makes a difference spotting impacts on my lightweight 6.5 deer rifle, currently 175mm long, so it's a comparable lump to your Nano, I might take a baffle of two out. Thanks for the info and reply.I have a Svemko Nano. It's light, well built and works quite well for it's size and weight. I tryed contacting them with a question about their quick mounting solution but never received a reply so a bit dissapointed by that.
Their Short model is also very interesting as it only increases the rifle length by 10 cm and weights only 245 g. Also has very competitive silencing performance. But these do cost so you get what you pay for.
It could be worth contacting them again. I recently contacted them, also regarding the QM system & received a useful reply the following day.I have a Svemko Nano. I'm sure the one I looked at the shooting show was over £1k. It was a very brief look.I was out with a stalking buddy on Friday and he has one of these on a 6.5 creed and it was very quiet. Hardly any audible boom, more of a whoosh /hiss as the bullet exited.
But at £700+ they ain’t cheap.
either nip the spigot off or put a collar on the spigot and then fit the QR mountI've had the Pure Magnum on my 6.5 PRC with an adapter so use it on both a 6x47 and a 243
Excellent at taming the PRC and noticeably quieter than a Stalon it replaced and a standard length DPT
Expensive at around £700 plus £100 for the adapters but when you think its one excellent mod covering three rifles it brings things back in perspective
Just wish they'd sort out a spigot solution
Is the quick release adaptor worth having or just stick to normal unscrewing? I note they say it is made of steel, so that could be a potential future rust issue? Planning on buying the Svemko Hunter 1.0 in.22 to fit the Tikka Ace Game .223.either nip the spigot off or put a collar on the spigot and then fit the QR mount
Ugly but functional (same problem we used when Freyr first came into the UK)
The adaptor is no more likely to rust than any non-stainless barrel. The way of preventing rust couldn’t be more simple. Is the quick release adaptor worth having or just stick to normal unscrewing? My barrell is stainless - just keep the steel part protected from corrosion with the normal products then. The adaptor is no more likely to rust than any non-stainless barrel. The way of preventing rust couldn’t be more simple.
The convenience the adaptor offers is significant both as regards attaching the moderator & giving the ability to use a single moderator on rifles with different threads.
I think the price puts many buyers off, however devide the cost by the number of years of a Titanium mod. make these Svemco's good value.Dear god they're not cheap are they. Any long term reviews?
