Swarovski Z6i 5 -30 windage problem

Hi
I recently bought a Swaro Z6i 5 - 30 x 50 BT second hand and cannot get enough windage adjustment to zero my 243.
Can anyone offer any suggestions. I had a 20 MOA rail on and sportsmatch 1 piece mounts but couldn.t get enough elevation. So I tried Burris XTR signature rings and that solved the elevation issue but even with the rings set to move the aim point left I couldn.t get it to zero. The 20 MOA rail seemed to interfere with Burris XTR signature rings. I've swapped the 20 MOA rail for a 0 MOA one to simplify the setup. Now I am at full right lock on the windage and close to zero with some loads.
Can anyone offer a solution to get more adjustment or is there something wrong with the scope

Suggest you centre the scope reticule attach scope to rifle and bore sight.
If its miles out then it suggests you have problems with bases/rings bore alignment. If so might be a competent gun smith for advice.
Pictures of your set up would be helpful and rifle make would help.
0 Moa rail would be normal on a stalking rifle. Burris Zee signature rings normally resolve most misalignment issues.

Thanks for that but I tried centring everything before starting and it didn't help. If I put my old scope (Delta titanium 2.5 - 15) back on It still hits close to zero.

That suggests it's a scope problem. Have you tried it on another weapon. If its out then suggests scope issue. Any idea as to how much adjustment you should have on the scope?

I have tried it on a tikka 223 and the problem wasn't so pronounced but I wanted it on my stalking rifle a Browning Xbolt. I'm at full adjustment to the right and the shots are still a little left.
I think the chap I got it from had it on a Sako for about 13 tears, so probably never had to adjust much

I have the warranty slip still in the back of the book but its not stamped or dated. I Think the guy I got it from said it was 13 years old and I see the book says they're covered for 10. There's a serial number on the box is it possible to contact swarovski and find out if it's covered or get an estimate
