Hi all, Has anyone had experience of the Supatracks tailgate assist please. Any info greatly appreciated.

Hi not had any experience of subtracts, I would say just shop around, I,ve put ebay kits on two toyota Hilux they have done the job fine. Good luck

One on the hilux takes the weight on the drop

They don‘t take any weight, not in the end position. That‘s what the retainer cables / folding bands are there for.

Would say they slow the tailgate drop/ weight perhaps. I get what fella was talking about.
