Fitting a replacement front cover to a Alpex 4K

Just found that my HikMicro Alpex 4K front cover has cracked through where it hinges and where the spring is retained.. Ordered a replacement via HikMicro Assist. Wondered if anyone has replaced a front cover?, is it a straight forward procedure?

For anyone interested, HikMicro Assist just informed me the Alpex 4K front cover simply pulls off and the new pushs on..

I snapped the one on my Stella, probably the same. Replaced it with a Vortex one, cable tied on, and trimmed excess rubber off.
Much better than the Hic.
