Taking sporting firearms to Hungary

I'm planning to fly with Easyjet from Gatwick to Budapest next year. Any guidance on documentation etc. would be appreciated. Thanks.

We are going same route this November. Easyjet website would be best place to start. For Hungarian hunting licence you need Copy of passport, address and I think copy of your F.A.C.

I will most likely do the flights in June so I will let you know then what is required from Easyjet. For what its worth We have flown with them many times with rifles and never had a problem. We are hunting with Nagyvad.

He sorted out my Magyar license when I used him but I had an EFP as I came from Germany, perhaps he can sort out the firearm paperwork call him as he should be in the UK.

I messed up with serial numbers not being visible on a rifle take down action, ( my toolkit had gone in checked luggage, so could not remove scope rail to make number visible), apart from that, George has everything in place, You will be pleased if it's anything close to my experience with George.
