THAC bullet availability?

Have you shot any deer with them yet?
How do you find them?
A mate uses them and loves them

Had 2 Roe with them , 160 m + 190 m both dropped on the spot , H&L shots through and through , everything else has been muntys but i use the mighty 22-250 for that.

Hoping to be out out them more over the next few weeks now things have quietened down.

I'm looking forward to trying them out on Roe and later on with Reds. Well I say looking forward to trying them on Reds, I look forward to seeing how they perform. After the shot though I'm sure I'll be cursing myself

What are the advantages of these bullets over the U.K. made Virtus bullets?
There designed as a long range , high bc , sort of fragmenting hunting bullet .

@Ronin will give you a better description , and there spec . I just know they kill very well .

Couldn't give a fair answer to this question as I have never used them, I am always keen to champion British made stuff but not just for the sake of it. I have not personally heard enough about them to tempt me into giving them a go.

I have used other British made bullets and although I found accuracy and quality to be outstanding, I had several issues with terminal performance on the small amount of deer that I culled with them, the worst case being zero expansion throughout the chest cavity of a mature fallow doe at a very sensible range until the bullet reached the skin of the far shoulder! These were getting compared to the Fox classic hunters that I've been using in a .30-06 for 5 years and have culled hundreds of deer of all 6 species without ever loosing a single animal due to the bullet.

I just fancy something a tad heavier for this particular rifle / caliber than Fox currently offer. The Fox bullets are also very wind affected in my experience, especially past the 300 yard sort of mark. These THAC bullets look just the ticket for my objectives.
