Friday, had the local inspector come out to check that all was good in the butchery room.
Not saying that I was nervous, but,"………… I was nervous, it’s my guilty conscience.

Anyhow, all passed with flying colours, 5 stars, and lots of good advice given. (I want to move forward and make burgers next to supply)
