The Salami Bro`s are here later in the week and although I have plenty of venison for our Charcuterie another one hanging up wouldn't hurt one iota.
But as I was solo there was no flame and she was itching to bark too.
Ordinary young stag,no inner on his left,one brow tine blah blah.....the mincer model.
Velvet knobby,tender,fat and delish.
