I have been struggling for a while with how to have my Hik Micro condor accessible whilst using my binoculars harness. I have seen a few pouches but they never seem to be right etc etc. I currently have a bit of paracord and just let it hang (I mean the thermal
) whilst shooting.
I came across this https://amzn.eu/d/h28mfps and thought I'd give it ago. Must say, decent piece of kit and has for now provided a decent solution (it's not perfect, but good enough for now).
The "male" part (can't think of a better word) can easily be stuck on and if needs be a zip tie can be added for security. I did cut the 3m tape to fit around the "Hik Micro" raised branding. But it's well at truly stuck on.
The holder/belt clip easily fits on my Sig binoculars harness. It also has an integrated lock, which can be used single or double handed. When rabbiting/foxing at night I shall be able to either pop it on my belt or smock.
The thermal does lean a bit, but it works out to lean the right way.
Might help someone if they are in a similar position. If I can help any more let me know.
