I’ve a lot of experience with Helion XQ38F. Finding targets is very easy except in drizzle when everything greys out. Identification takes practice. But is reliable once it moves. Rabbits hop, badgers do their thing, deer get up, stretch their necks, foxes move etc. Have often mistaken two rabbits for something bigger. Once saw a bagder which turned out to be the haunch of a fallow buck in a recess in the ground! Antlers only show up when in velvet. If I can be of any help or you need any prices just drop us a message or call anytime.
It sounds like the best option for you is the the Helion XQ38F given your requirements.

The multicoloured option (rainbow) gives a good picture but tends to ruin night vision even in low brightness, so we use hot white. Adjusting settings with a mate using Streamvision app works well.
Overall would not be without it as a spotter. But would not use a thermal as a scope preferring NV or lamp for shooting.
