Thermal spotter with Wi-fi

Any thermal spotter that can do a good job detecting foxes will also be fine for rabbits, but not necessarily the other way around.
You should be looking for a thermal spotter with at least a 35mm lens and possibly a 50mm lens for those longer range foxes
The best currently on the market is the Pulsar Helion 2 XP50 pro - nothing else I've looked at comes close.
It's better than all the other Pulsars, all the IRay stuff, all the ATN stuff and all the HIK stuff with the exception of the new Falcon which I have not tried yet.
The Falcon FH50 may turn out to be as good as the Helion 2 XP50, but I doubt it will be any better

Xg35 lrf good mid price ra
i tried 30 & 30 s but found the xg35lrf far better . I let a mate borrow it as he prefers it to his 30s , so much so he has sold the 30s
This is exactly what I did to upgrade to a lrf model...maybe my old eyes cant see much difference lol

Yes Wi-Fi is vital..as I’m out for a good few hours and watch the screen on my mobile phone for comfort!
Think battery life will be a major element to take into consideration in this case. Totally understand the reason why but power is a key factor
Pulsars Streamvision 2 and the HIK MicroSight app both work well, as does the app that's used with the Guide thermals
If you're planning to stick the thermal up on the roof of a vehicle, then the simple solution is to run it from a power bank to extend battery life
Also, if you plan to mount it on the roof of a vehicle and watch a screen in the vehicle, it makes sense to mount the thermal on some sort of motorised pan and tilt unit.

Why on earth do you need to stream it too your phone. Last thing you need is extra light bouncing about when your foxing. You cant shoot lots of foxs or rabbits sitting in a truck.
I spend 3/4 nights a week out foxing . Still using a Quantum XQ38 and its glued to Mk one eye ball. Even if I am sitting out waiting for a fox mobile is a No no,. Foxs are sensitive enogh to IR.
When we first had a thermal 7 years ago tried to get it plugged into a monitor, got binned after the second session.

I don't think there is any one right way to go about foxing (plenty of wrong ways though 
)
I shoot alone and also with several other people and everyone has their own preferred method.
If I'm shooting with someone over their ground then we use the method they prefer and if I'm alone or have someone with me on my ground we'll do it my way
However, after several years of thermal spotting using a roof mounted motorised pan and tilt and 7" LCD screen stuck to the inside of the windscreen and also exclusively shooting with thermal, the comfort and warmth that comes with being in a vehicle does make it easier on my old bones
Spot while sitting in the vehicle and shoot from the window, the bonnet or even the roof
It's possible that the light from the screen has spooked some foxes, but there are several hundred that it didn't

Well I must be doing something right..I’m on my fox no 107 and to be honest never had any major issue with Reynard getting spooked!
My permission is mixed with Farmland /woods and urban sprawl surrounding it..and have foxes a galore..plus I know their entry and exit points and happily ambushed.
The screen on mobile is inside the 4x4 and Reynards never had an opportunity to sneak a peek inside it.
Bruce has explained it just perfectly.

Pulsar Helion 2 XP50 PRO would be our top recommendation. The image is truly impeccable and remains such even in harsher weather conditions. The mobile app is also great and easy to navigate.
I can 100% agree nothing is as good as a Helion Pro in the current market place... TRUE <25mk netD not a figure pulled out of the air, allround detail in high humidity conditions, stunning display and image.
