I've only had small indents in Hardox from 17 rem and 20g Vmax nothing from 22.250 using 53/55 Vmax or 55 Noslet BT's. If your getting holes in these Hardox I would question the supplier's. Digger bucket steel takes anything in is stride.

Shot at my toms target hardox at about 140m and 200m with 32gr vmax out my .204. Just left tiny pits on the surface. However I did manage to hit the 10mm re-bar the gong hung on, it pretty much cut it in two, which really surprised me to be honest.

Remember there's different grades of Hardox too. Lower grades won't stand up to as much as the higher grades.
