thread title correction

hi admin, if you make a mistake in the thread title and post it, how do you correct this please, i know how to edit the thread but not the title? thanks Dean[TABLE="width: 500"]

Sorry, missed this. You need to get an admin to amend the thread title.

Sorry, my information above wasn't totally right... you CAN edit the thread title if it's within 10 minutes of starting the thread (you need to do it in the advanced editor (click Go Advanced button)). Otherwise it does need an admin.

Can't do that either I'm afraid. You can delete/edit your own posts (as in replies to threads) but you cannot delete the first post because otherwise the whole thread would disappear.
