Tick protection collars what are you using

Just wondering if anyone has had any success with tick repellent collars and if so what make.
Don’t want to give my new pup bravecto and the older one has epilepsy so can’t give him anything like that.

Still using original Simparica (Not trio) ticks do still bite but pretty much die instantly
