TIKKA T3 vs T3x stock compatibility

My question is can I just drop my T3 into a equivalent model T3x stock without any issues?. Will the recoil lug position and everything just drop in and bolt up fine.

Yes. That was an important point when redesigning the T3. All parts had to be compatible according to the product manager.

I dropped a T3x varmint into a T3 stock and had to do a very slight bit of shaving with a dremmel to get the trigger guard to fit. Easily done.
