tracer pin spot 200metre light problem

i would like to hear from anyone who has purchased the tracer pin spot 200m light from debens , i have bought it to mount to my .223 while foxing the light can easily light up foxs at 200m however when mounted on my scope the light shines off my standard t8 moderator and i cant see out the scope , anyone over came this problem? would like to hear from anyone who has this light

You could try sleeve over mod,would that help or stop glare

I jsut put a shade on my tristar

its actually the arse of the mod that is reflecting back not the rest of the mod if that makes any sense?

+1 try a black sock on it if that works then its sorted, i solved mine out with matt camo tape as do't like covers

flip up scope covers solves this, I use mine and angle them to cast a shadow on the base of the moderator never had a problem since
