I am wanting a trail cam which notifies via mobile, any recommendation's and advice greatly appreciated..

I have four Secacam 3 , the app worked fine for 2months except the prepaid credits never registered on my account although they still enabled transmission of photos so you didn't know where your account stood. The cameras all stopped transmitting at 22.45 last night even though I have kept count of the credits left that are over 80. Not impressed.Are they trying to steer me onto a more expensive inclusive plan?

I am having similar too after several faultless months of use. I can't seem able to buy a plan only credits! They don't know why. A shame as good cameras

I have bought a few cheap ones on Amazon and sent a few back.

Ended up with Wolfang solar charged, and it’s actually doing exactly what I want now I’ve found one that works. £38 plus £12 a month for as many videos from it as you like via an app called Ucon.

Videoing on low quality I can tell what species and sex im seeing but not loads better.

Works fine at night too.

My Secacam 3's have been firing off loads over the last 2-3 days and sending me pictures of nothing. I will reduce the sensitivity down on them but no reason for it to be happening, had been working fine picture wise until couple days ago. Now, I could get 7/8 pics in 10 mins. Have to keep pausing them for an hour or two thinking it might be wind blowing bushes etc. I am on prepay credits and wondering is this just a tactic to drive up the service plans.
