Trained hunter Game meat hygiene course

Would anyone be interested in trying to sort a course out for SD members????

Any courses for large game meat hygiene in the south east or Kent

I did DMQ1 in 2006 and didn't update it when the new regs came in. I did DMQ2 in 2015 and the certificate says it includes "Preparing deer for storage".

I don't have a piece of paper with a registered hunter number on it but my game dealer has always been happy to take my DMQ2 certificate number in it's place. Not sure whether this is right or not but has never been questioned.

Not sure whether I need to do another course in preparation or not.

BDS have confirmed with me that my trained hunter number and DSC2 certificate number are the same thing if it helps…

So what is the cheapest way/course to be able to sell venison?
