tumbler media

hi guys
I have a rcbs tumbler/vibratory unit can anyone recommend what media I should use is it just the one media or do I need a few also can you recommend where I can purchase the media from.

I just use corn cob, seems to work for me.
I imagine any reloading supplier would sell it.
