Tweed stalking coat

Hi gents im
looking for a tweed stalking coat that's waterproof and doesn't rustle like mad! My budget is around 200 quid, does anybody have any recommendations ?

I use P. J. Haggarts "Strualach" coat, probably the ONLY waterproof real tweed coat. The Nomad ain't tweed.

Has anybody any idea of the quality of the Clyde valley or jack orton coats? I'm basically worried that the jacket will rustle too much when stalking
