Uk knife makers that craft non locking folders

After a custom Uk made non locking penknife that has a lambs / or sheep foot blade and a cork screw. any ideas of uk active craftsmen that could do folders like this ?

This will be an everyday carry and foreign traveller. There are a few French made items but most are over the 3” legal length uk laws allow to carry without good reason and aren’t the sheeps foot style blade . Thanks.

Thanks. Yeh, I’ve got a few uk friendly knives but can’t find one with cork screw.

Buy one of the french one and have the blade reprofiled down to uk legal?
 
Thanks for the suggestions.

To answer a few questions; no real set budget but prob not over £350. What I’m after is more of the gentleman folder edc, non locking with sheep’s or lambs foot blade under 3“ and a corkscrew.

the closest I can find to this is Forge de Laguiole - High Range Folder
