upgrading existing larder

I am just putting the finishing touches to my deer larder and I am wondering if anyone knows where I can purchase some white plastic sheets that can be fixed to the wall and will allow me to wash/wipe the wall down after cleaning an animal?

I got mine from these http://www.beplas.com/ seemed the best price. Remember you will want one tub of adhesive per sheet if you are gluing it.
