I need some help lads. my wife and 2 kids my brother his wife and 2 adult kids have after many years agreed to visit Scotland with me . the deal is if I can find somewhere nice and cosy not like some of my accomadation then its on so I need a cottage that sleeps 7-8 people with the chance to take my son and brother for a stalk if its in castle douglas area then I can sort the stalking but I would prefer somewhere new to all of us but not to far north . this needs to happen over this xmas period from 30th for 3 days ish any ideas would be great . I have trawled the web but would prefer somewhere recommended by sd members. thanks and merry xmas

If yer flying up, they can collect from the airport too...

cheers colin kirkconnel house a bit out of my price range but not bad if it was 3 familys one for the future maybe . I think it will have to be next year . I am up on the 10 and 11th Ill buy you pint if your around .
