Vac Pack Recommendations : Urgent

If your budget can manage it, I can't recommend a chamber sealer highly enough. The performance is far, far better than the foodsave types, and the packaging options are far wider. The chamber bags are massively cheaper than the embossed ones, too. Free next day delivery as well

Looks like a very nice machine for the money.

Having recently "upgraded" from a La.Va tabletop packer to a fairly expensive Buffalo chamber packer, I'm afraid I cannot echo the above statement based on my own experience. The Buffalo machine is crap, quite frankly. I should have sent it back as "unfit for purpose".

This is true ^^^

I agree in this case. Buffalo equipment is invariably overpriced and unfit for purpose.

It's a cracker. I have a big Henkelman Jumbo, but completely forgot I needed a separate machine for cooked sausage 😳 This fit the bill perfectly, and meant I could continue to use the same packaging

+1 for this. In a moment of rash zealous financial wealth I bought exactly this Sous Vide one too. It’s sat in the garage and the one I first listed above has just processed another fallow tonight. Enough said :thumb:

Another one here with a buffalo chamber machine I'm not fully happy with .....
Wilk be replacing it at some point unimpressed
Yet I'm happy with their mincer

upgrade to this a few weeks ago very pleased with it will do 100 bags in a row :tiphat:

El Cheapo still going…..my rules for cheap are (1) no fancy digital controls (2) max key parameters (width, heat element and vacuum) (3) 4 star or better reviews
Bonsenkitchen from Amazon £24.99
