Variation one for one question.

Hi all,

Numpty question here; this is my first time requesting a variation and I forgot to ask my RFD, but do I have to send a photograph together with my FAC and the other paperwork to licencesing? I.e, do I get a brand new paper FAC sent back to me or just my old one?
