Hi, I remember you talking about this. I want to come along please, I will email.

Members - if anyone is interested in this event please contact me and book it asap.

At the moment the event is undersubscribed and is in danger of being cancelled.

We put the event on in response to those who attended our Venison Butchery Demonstration in November 2024, - we will be forced to cancel if we cannot supply enough interest to satisfy the expense of putting the event on.

Do you have to have attended the first demo day to attend? thanks
Not at all.
This offering was brought together after those that attended the demo asked if they could be taught the techniques demonstrated.
Any attendees will be coached through the day by those that spend their day butchering, so the technique are well established as ‘best practice’ - and you get to keep the venison you butcher !

Update - we now can confirm that the costs of any carcass will be £1 per kg. This is a very competitive price held low in order to assist attendees to obtain the best value from the day.

If there is anyone interested in joining us for the day please contact me asap.
