Members,

I am running a collection route each week with a chiller van .

Tuesday - Dorset, East Wilts, North Hants, Oxford.

Wednesday- East Hants, Sussex, Kent.

Thursday - North Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk.

I am after quality carcasses gralloched correctly and chilled for at least 24 hours before collection.

You will be required to fill out some paperwork before we commence stating few things like name, hunter ID, bank details etc

Collections will be from 06:00-14:00.

Payment is by bank only , 7 -10 days after collection.

Weights are done back at my unit and can be photoed to show transparency.D6492B6C-5295-4B6F-83EB-2761034378FA.webp

Clean chest shot , neck, head preferred.

Green , gut or haunch I respectfully don’t want it.

Red, Sika, Fallow, Roe all set at one price .
Cwd and Muntjac fixed fee.

Don’t require birds.

Hares and Rabbits taken.

Ideally people who can offer regular collections of decent amounts of deer. It doesn’t make sense to divert my route 60 miles to collect one roe. However I will do what I can to help.

I can go to other areas if needs be for good amounts of bodies.

I am not paying what every stalker wants but better than 95% of game dealers where you have to deliver .

You will have to help load or have equipment there for big deer like red and fallow.

I will have to earn some money so anyone who is worried about that please don’t enquire. My costs will be over £1000/week for the vehicle alone.

Please message me for prices which will stay all season. They won’t change.

I hope this thread doesn’t disintegrate to usual bickering.

Well done, glad to hear that your "hypothetical" suggestion has come to fruition! I wish you all the best with it.

(Respectfully suggest though that you might now need trade membership on here?)

It’s done :)

Just out of interest, relating to the wild game guidance etc and the various regs… how does your business fit in? Is it Local Authority or FSA regulated? I am not trying to pick holes or provoke anything but just wondering how this works, esp in light of the Defra strategy consultation asking about expanding the wild venison market.

I guess he's set himself up as an AGHE, but no doubt @IBD will be along shortly to explain how it all works...

Wishing you every success.

The following observation is not one intended to heckle but simply observe the importance of having carcass storage facilities beyond a previously owned drinks chiller that accommodates a single beast if wishing to supply to your good self or indeed any other Game Dealer.

That said what is your route through Kent, mindful it is a large County encompassing the White Cliffs in the East and Mr Angry from Tunbridge Wells in the West?

100%

If people cull good numbers they need have facilities to deal with it .

Kent I have collection in Tunbridge Wells.

Tbh unless people have good numbers I wouldn’t go more east from there.
