Great that you’re doing something positive and I wish you every success. Not for you to worry about, but the next step would be for local collection centres with cooperative type larders. I’m currently of the beer fridge type set up but could and would shoot more if I had a better larder arrangement. Anyone in Essex and around Blackmore/Brentwood area that has facilities and would be willing to share (I’ll happily pay a share of costs), or who has a suitable location and would like to set something up (pm me please if yes on either account) - I have the funds and will, but am struggling with a suitable site
