Green peppers chopped ,leeks sliced fat ,carrots chunky ,chopped red onions , sweet potatoes cubed but save a couple of 3,mushrooms,broad beans ,peas ,shredded beef stock and fat pork sausages .
All in the slow cooker with half a glass of a certain apple product from Ireland and switch on.
Peel some good old fashioned red potatoes and half an hour before meat is ready, boil drain add real butter and fresh milk and mash the beejabers out of them .Now grate some strong chedder to suit your own taste and sprinkle on top .
Get the last sweet potatoes and par boil for 10 minutes then drain ,here,s the naughty bit smear in pork dripping and place in a hot oven for 30/40 minutes til golden reddish orange .
Now to heat the mash up ,turning and adding more cheese to taste .
Dish up with a jug of ladled out "Juice" from the slow cooker as gravy ,making sure the meat,cheesy spuds and roast sweet potatoes are suitably wet by the gravy and undo your belt .
