Fry your mince,in this case I used venison burgers.
Add taco seasoning, unless you want an arse like a Japanese flag, half a Lidl pack is advisable.
Remove from the pan,then finely chopped red onion, cherry tomatoes,garlic and peppers.
Add a bit more seasoning and a good dolop of chilli sauce with some water then reduce.
Add the mince back, along with chopped coriander and spring onions and some grated cheese.
Any nice crisp lettuce will do,sauce of your choice and a nice bit of atchara or pickled papaya really hits the spot.
