Couldn't tell you to be honest, I've never picked it up as I've a freezer full of my own. What area of NI you in?

In England and Wales the Aldi venison is shot in Scotland, was £3.89 a steak this summer

There is a game keeper guy I know who used to give us venison burgers but they were minced steaks with a blend of spices. The were really good. He is getting on now and doesn’t hunt much anymore. I really need to get that recipe
