Virgin Deer Stalker

Hi
Im a very keen game shooter that has just matured into rifle shooting and stalking. Ive completed my DSC2 with Basc (very worthwhile course) and have booked my first day stalking in Hereford in a few weeks time. I have shot Impala in south africa but am yet to shoot a uk deer. I intend to eat what i shoot.....appart from foxes! Any hints or tips will be greatly appreciated.
