What I don't understand is, why my daughter, in Germany, who uses them, gets all kinds of great contracts and, if any problems, get them taken care of, by Germans, right away; with apologies. Where, we, here in the UK, get rubbish contracts, poor service, and have to talk with India, when we have a problem.

There should be some lay in place there protects the consumer form this type of 'Highway Robbery'.
