Anyone using the Vorn Backpacks?
I like the idea of having access to your rifle without removing your backpack but was a little surprised to find out all there equipment although it is
designed in Norway it is produced in China. Has anyone had any issues with quality as this is a expensive backpack compared to other manufacturers.
Thanks in advance for your input.

Don’t worry about manufacturing in China. I’m sure being produced elsewhere the cost would easily double.

Check this link. Plenty of happy users including myself.

Evening, I currently have the LT12 and it’s a cracking bit of kit. No issues with the build quality at all. I use it every time I’m out stalking now and prefer it to a sling.

I use an LT12 on the hill - it's a great bit of kit, I've had one a couple of years and no issues whatsoever in terms of build quality. All zips work, no stitching coming undone, etc - nowt to grumble at.

Hugely preferable to using a sling.

I`ve had the Vorn Lynx for a few years. It hasn`t had a huge amount of use but has been out on quite a few occasions carrying either a heavy (18lb.) tactical rifle or a lighter (12lb.) stalking rifle. I really rate it. The build quality is very good and the ability to have your rifle on your back leaving both hands free, especially in rough terrain, and the excellent quick release function are good. It does require quite supple shoulder joints to comfortably reach back for the barrel before release and reloading the rifle in to the pack can be fiddly. Both these points improve with practice though. The expanding storage is useful and I can carry a full day`s supplies of ammo, food, spare clothing and emergency kit easily. A good product.
