No, not NHS related but rather the reality of purchasing kit that's manufactured abroad via a UK supplier:

* GRS stock - 5 months and waiting.
* Hornady and Lee dies - 4.5 months and waiting.

Since an event in the past we are not seen as a big entity and therefore our trade status has been affected.
Unforeseen consequences of a protest vote I’m afraid.
 
Yes. The intention was/is to get it shooting and all load development out the way ahead of dropping it into a Gary Cane custom fiddleback maypole stock.

Think you’ll be waiting a while for a Bifrost inlet for an M98… do they even make them still?

If it’s just for getting the rifle shooting, why not use the original stock? - or see if you can get a Boyd’s thumb hole laminate for it?


Me? - I’m going to be adapting a T3 inlet Berserk to accept a M595 this summer… why do we make life difficult for ourselves!?

The stock has been paid for in full and order confirmed by not only 1967Spud as the retailer on this occasion but a;- the official UK Importer and b;- GRS. The issue, according to the manufacturer, is they won't Export until they have a bulk "order" from the UK Importer of a size that justifies the paperwork and their time/interest.

I only established this after persistent emailing of all concerned.

Clearly this carp customer service on a grand scale but neither GRS nor Highland Outdoors give a ....!
