I share the views of a number.
When a SERVICE for which you pay is delivered LATE you praise them. If it was delivered on time and to budget that would be an expectation - nothing more. Why we do this is simple - we are made to feel as though we need to jump through hoops merely to retain the means to continue a sport we love but that is no reason to thank people for the crumbs from their table.
When EXPECTATION overtakes relief we will be in the right place for a service which has cost more, is poor overall and is used to justify further restrictions on the legal use of firearms.

Time we all got up of our knees - better to lose what we have fighting for it and not to be simperingly satisfied by one force which hasn't met the deadline and which wont remember your name come the next variation/renewal etc.
