I HAD A SET OF Leupold Wind River 8x42 Binocular and the eye ring came off last week so i contacted GMK and was told to send them in ,did this and to day i got a call saying replacement units on way not only that as mine are so old i'll get the new upgraded type and thay let me upgrade to 10x42 at a small cost .so well done GMK i'am happy happy happy

looking back on it its funny now but they were great when I noticed rust spots on my stainless sako, apparently its normal as the stainless steel they use does rust but they will polish it out for free and then you can start oiling it well to stop it happening.

That's the first good review of them I've ever heard, both from personal experience and from members of the trade, blimy, one happy customer is better than none I suppose!

I think GMK must be making to much money, when I enquired about purchasing a Steiner military scope they weren't interested and couldn't understand why I didn't want the Steiner night hunter. So now I have got a Schmidt PMII

Few years ago I enquired with GMK about a set of bases and rings for a new rifle; I was asked why I was ringing them! Well I understand you are the sole importer of the products, yes was the reply, but we don't deal with customers! Ha!

The second time I needed a part for a shotgun, same response! When I asked who I should deal with they said they couldn't possibly suggest somewhere to get my part and in all likelyhood whoever I went to would have to come back to GMK, again they don't deal with customers!

Needless to say I went for completely different branded products not imported by GMK!

Unfortunately Paul, 1 swallow doesn't make a summer! But i guess for the occasional very lucky person, it helps!
