West Yorks renewal.

Hi.
Has anyone done the new online renewal with West Yorks and will let me pick their brains please? Seems i made a pigs ear of one part and i am not really sure how to correct it. I am not good with computers. To give you an idea of my tech capabilities, my phone is a Nokia 100.
