What Species is this?

Hi everyone Happy Xmas.
Saw this yesterday. I think a Buzzard Possibly a European Honey Buzzard.
What are your thoughts. Sorry for the poor photo as it moved further away (camera phone)

Looks like a pale buzzard. They are very variable in colour.

It was there again. I would say VSS was on the money. took some more photos and it would seem to match the internet photos of a PALE BUZZARD. Thanks for all of your input guys.
