Which IR torch for the Alpex 4k?

I use the dark engine, very light . small and good, but mines seems to go dull and bright at times .. one my mates says I should get the DFK I.r .. as he swares by it.. but I don't know if anyone has compared them with the alpex lrf

The dfk is very good with the lrf. Sold a pbirl for it and never looked back
