Which one

Looking for a .22lr do I go for a Brno model 2 or I’ve been offered a bsa sportsman 5 does the bsa model have a dovetail for a scope any opinions on these models is welcome

Brno #2 is a lovely rifle.

Had a BSA sportsman 5 when I were a lad, was my fathers rifle so with that in mind the BSA is now a museum piece.

My cousin had a Sportsman Five, he would be 104 years old now. I've had a Supersport Five from new since 1968. Thinking of getting a second .22rf and a BRNO Model 2 is what I am thinking of.

Am l correct in that the Sportsman Five magazines are difficult to find ?

But the BRNO Model 2 is a wonderful little rifle.

I've had a Model 2 for more years than I can remember . I've gone through a lot of 22lr's over the years , but I'll never part with mine . They are a really good rifle , you won't regret your choice .
