In the market for a decent rangefinder. Something that is accurate and measures up to 500-600 yards. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Just started with the vortex very happy with it for the price mine was S/H if I had the £££ prob go back to bino's with RF swaro's 8x42' again but I can buy 4 vortex or more for the same outlay and range just as good ,mine also works out the shooting deg's for up or down hill shots

Leica 1600 - spot on internal ballistics calc.
Great in sun and low light; simple handheld with lots of thought through features.
Super distance range

I bought the Vortex a few months ago. Seems very accurate and I've been ranging out to 800 yards reliably with it when testing. Was even giving me good results at 500 yards down a street which had fires and a fair amount of smoke at night. Impressed so far.

I have an MTC one with the OLED range display. Around £150 and very good for the money, mine has had use in lots of different conditions and seems to be good - granted its not as good as Leica, but then Minox binos aren't as good as Swaros - they do the job though if you can't justify the high end prices.

I've got 2 crappy ones you could buy (1 Chinese, 1 Bushnell) or you could jump straight to buying a Leica.
I bought mine 2nd hand & I'm thrilled with it. I'm stuck with Yards only, but that's fine,
