Don’t get too cocky, Morrisons have some cracking deals on single malts at the moment - Laphroaig Select at £23 for example.

Have you tried Amazon ? Laphroaig select £23. They have some really keen prices. Delivered to your door. Nicola Krankie won't even know.

Sorry but Penderyn do make quite excellent whisky, the Maderia finish is a joy to drink. Also they make excellent gin.

I often check the difference in price when in Scotland and apart from the relabelled paint stripper, all decent spirits seem to be the same price.
Typical bottle of whisky has 28 units so minimum £14 a bottle. Rarely get a bottle of single malt down here less than £20

The Glenlivet is a braw dram John, for sure. And you can always 'recycle' it into some of that supermarket stuff in due course!
