wich would you choose

Possibly a daft question, but is SGA for Scots / Scottish matters solely or predominantly?

What are you using as the reason for your selection?

Insurance cover on liability when shooting, legal cover against revocation or refusal to renew, discount on new cars, political representation? Or something else?

Knowing that might help us advise a, b, c or d.

Yes but the accept members (and their money) from anywhere in the UK. Likewise SACS
Fair enough, do they have much influence (with MP’s and the Police) south of the border? I ask because from what I understand they seem quite well organised and provide good value for money for members.

BASC although the SGA do offer limited time insurance, useful if you need to quickly insure a gun for a day's game shooting but you don't need to be a member IIRC.

None. They are Scottish associations which do their work in Scotland. But their insurance does cover those members south of the border.

BASC, the SGA thinks stalkers are delicate flowers that can't shoot a Red hind on the same dates as their English counterparts without resultant mental breakdowns which would presumably then lose them their FAC.

Not to mention that we can still shoot roe does up till this weekend... I know they have delayed implantation and all that, but surely they can't be that far off in foetal development? (Not yet had personal experience of shooting a doe or hind any time after December, so honest question/speculation that I don't know the answer to!)
