We have a crazy number of Boar around our place in Gastes FR. they are so destructive, I have often thought about finding a local club that shoots!

I got a right telling off out there for not shooting a boar up the arse! They tell you direction to shoot but the guns don’t seem to care!

La Chasse des Étangs dans la Nièvre est heureuse de vous accueillir sur son territoire de 2100 hectares de forêts ouvertes pour des chasses au grand gibier. La saison dernière, nous avons prélevé 180 animaux (sangliers, chevreuils, cervidés en 12 week-end, voir photos de tableaux). Les populations de sangliers demeurent très importantes. Compte tenu de la sécheresse, les compagnies sont cantonnées autour des étangs de notre territoire. Les deux jours de chasse, deux nuitées sur place, petits déjeuners, 3 repas et venaison à partir de 650 euros. Il reste quelques places disponibles pour des chasseurs individuels ou des petits groupes pour les week-ends suivants : 7 et 8 janvier 2023 11 et 12 février 2023 18 et 19 février 2023 25 et 26 février 2023

We shot a fenced area for wild boar about 2.5 hours west of Geneva (Chapeau in France). Guy charged us £450 per boar, so your unlikely not to shoot anything because he wants to be paid.
3 of us shot 5 each then called it a day due to cost. We could have shot 15 each. He gives you a choice of Driven by beaters or dogs both exciting. Accommodation available inc food and drink if I recall we paid £170 for 2 nights each gun.
Excellent value and competent pro outfit. fenced area is huge. and hospitality excellent. if you want his details DM me and i will pass on your details to him.
