Winchester staball 6.5

I currently have a good load with n555 + eld-x in 6.5cm but am running low and have to travel a fair way to get it, my local gun shop is stocking staball 6.5 and was considering trying some out , does any load 6.5 cm with this powder/ bullet weight combo? It claims velocity easier to reach , I used to use ram shot hunter that was also a ball powder that was very good , any user experience greatly appreciated.

Hi,I haven't started yet with creedmoore (hopefully this week) but have done a very good loads for 7mm-08 and 22-250 very low ES and SD a bit dirty burning and velocity is far away from claimed. Will try a magnum primers with this powder soon as well. Generally I am happy and will keep using it

i have tried staball 6.5 with 147gn eld m at 43 gn and found fairly accurate at 100m, with tikka upr 24" barrel

I’ve used both, staball is good but won’t give the same velocity as Hunter.
