Don’t get me going on heating controls!
Both our cars have climate control which (everyone knows) is best set to a temperature (let’s say 20c) and not touched unless it gets warmer or colder.
Unfortunately my wife can’t work this out and still treats the controls like you would in a 1980’s fiesta, moving them from one extreme (15c) to the other (26c) without stopping in between. This is then followed by complaints of it’s too hot /cold and the ensuing knob dialling to change the current temperature to the exact opposite end of the scale!!

Only had climate control for 20 years!!

Oh my God, this thread is ringing so many bells.
Mine only discovered how to work the work the air con in her Saab when we were driving to the garage to part ex it for a newer car

Two weeks later no passport but a letter explaining that the form was filled in wrong!

Mines the other way always warm sleeps uncovered duvet folded down the center of the bed but in the morning i get acussed of hogging the duvet we can only close the back door iff it is raining in it seems that most require a new thermostat and the clever person who works this out will i think be a billionaire overnight
