Wanted: Working Border Terrier puppy

Our ageing border terrier took a turn for the worse recently and it's given me the push to really decide on a new dog

Considered all the breeds but cannot fault the current one so will roll the dice on a second border also being the ideal house pet, family companion and useful worker when needed

Anyone have a litter due from decent working stock?

Female and blue and tan colour ideally

I'm based in the South East - I get about but closer would be handy as I expect the whole fam will want to see it

Plenty of working terrier and lurcher shows coming up . Should be some border terriers there . They should know if someone has puppies avaliable .
You might end up with a Tw terdale

The lurcher & terrier shows aren't quite what they were years ago.

We went to the Cottesmore hunt show a couple of years ago, that was more like it... a few decent workers, and a punch up with the "Old Bill" turning up ..

Flippin' sabs outside with the loudhailers was new to me... It's been a long time since I've been to a show.
